About Me
First things first, I should introduce myself. My name is Kim. If I haven't worked with you somewhere along the way, then you might have worked with my husband, Hawkeye. For those of you who know us, yes, we finally got married!! My reason for building a Web site is really quite simple. Why not!? I was recently browsing the web looking for sites that would be of interest to Ironworkers. There seems to be quite a few for Union, but next to nothing for the hard working Non-Union workers out there! I think everyone needs a place where they can connect (sorry for the pun!). Don't forget to check out the links and photos to the left!!
WHERE AM I GOING?
I have always loved every aspect of construction. I have seen and done a lot (some jobs I liked, some I didn't) and worked with some pretty amazing people along the way. As for the crazy ones, you know who you are!! ;) . For me personally, coming 'full circle' led me in the direction of College. Did I just hear a gasp?! Funny how life has a way of sneaking up on a person when they least expect it!! I have always propped open the doors of opportunity and have recently decided to start opening them up as wide as I can and explore what's on the other side. I am at a point in my life where I find it would be a real shame to have those doors slam shut for good!! Not to worry folks, for those of you who know me best, I'm always ready to listen, help out when I can, and I'm never more than a click or a phone call away!!!

This is a new site (project) and there will be more added in the future. Check back every now and then, as I have been asked to include different links of interest. I have recently noticed the amount of visitors and have not yet come up with an ideal plan on how I want everyone to be able to 'connect'. Remember Folks...The whole idea behind developing this site is for everyone to have a place to go and meet, so to speak! I realize that phone numbers get lost and/or changed. There are times when "word-of-mouth" about jobs and shut-downs are more productive than browsing through a hotsheet! At this point in time, the only thing I can offer to you is a guestbook.
